[size=3][color=#000000][font=新細明體]在香港時，也會到旺角銀泉，覺得那裏招呼及技師都不錯，經理[/font][font=Times New Roman]Debby[/font][font=新細明體]十分「交帶」。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]上星期五﹝[/font][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][font=新細明體]月[/font][font=Times New Roman]29[/font][font=新細明體]日﹞上午[/font][font=Times New Roman]11:30[/font][font=新細明體]左右致電[/font][font=Times New Roman]mark[/font][font=新細明體]技師[/font][font=Times New Roman]98[/font][font=新細明體]或[/font][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][font=新細明體]，發覺[/font][font=Times New Roman]Debby[/font][font=新細明體]已離職，另一經理﹝即師兄稱為「靚靚」的那位﹞接電話，告訴我[/font][font=Times New Roman]98[/font][font=新細明體]及[/font][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][font=新細明體]都放假，介紹[/font][font=Times New Roman]33[/font][font=新細明體]給我，我告訴她會在[/font][font=Times New Roman]1:30pm[/font][font=新細明體]左右到，靚靚說[/font][font=Times New Roman]33[/font][font=新細明體]會在[/font][font=Times New Roman]12:30pm[/font][font=新細明體]左右回到公司，叫我早些到。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]我放下手上的工作趕去，[/font][font=Times New Roman]1:00pm[/font][font=新細明體]已坐在休息室等候，但靚靚告訴我，[/font][font=Times New Roman]33[/font][font=新細明體]早了回到公司，安排她給了另一個客人，原本[/font][font=Times New Roman]1:30pm[/font][font=新細明體]完工，但那客人加鐘，要[/font][font=Times New Roman]2:15pm[/font][font=新細明體]才完結。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]至於其他技師，最快也要[/font][font=Times New Roman]2:00pm[/font][font=新細明體]才有時間，即是我要多等一個小時。[/font][/color][/size]

[size=3][color=#000000][font=新細明體]當時我心裏十分不好受，知到因為我不是那裏的熟客，所以遭受這樣的待遇，像我這樣的魚毛客，多一個不多，少一個不少。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]很多師兄在這個討論區都讚靚靚服務好，相信這與他們是熟客有關。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]當時我也沒有心情去等，於是選擇離開，但靚靚最後也要我付了[/font][font=Times New Roman]$188[/font][font=新細明體]的淨水錢。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]離開銀泉，走到街上，第一次感到被人歧視，對於靚靚及香港的桑拿十分失望。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]我相信如果[/font][font=Times New Roman]Debby[/font][font=新細明體]還在，她一定不會那樣對我。靚靚升了職，人也變了臉，為了生意，不惜一切。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=新細明體]我知到我不會再去銀泉，但香港的桑拿全都這樣對待生客，東方棕泉如是，皇室宮殿如是，現在銀泉也如是，像我這樣的生客，也不知往那處[/font][font=Times New Roman]……….[/font][/color][/size]

師兄，很同情你的遭遇，小弟有時去一D新地方也曾受到不禮貌對待。其實那些桑拿明不明白，沒有生客，何來熟客?...............:(

Years ago, I had similar experience. It is acceptable that when you not arrive the sauna and the manager assign another customer to the bg (both of them hope to maximize their revenue, it is OK) but should not allow the customer add extra session when you arrive the sauna. Since you book the bg by phone in advance, you should have first priority to take the bg. Same as you, I am very angry with this arrangement, and most of time, I will not visit this sauna again ! :burst:

Sorry to hear about that, however, it's the normal practice for the sauna to treat the not frequent customers. It can t e helped. :(

All saunas are the same. I just had similar experience in another one at TST. The manager treated you transparence, let you wait alone 30 minutes without services. When a frequent customers come-in, then she went to chate with him immediately.

This is unforgivable. I understand the bg want to maximize revenue. Sometime people made an appointment and did not show up, they often double book. In your case, you arrived 1/2 hour early, they should repect your appointment.

這間場的服務要不得，技師應留給巳book了的客人, 否則, 這是沒有職業道德。客人不滿意,走人, 還要收水錢, 你可以話天公地道, 但這是無風度, 唔識做！這樣的SN場揾鬼帮襯, 收皮啦！
