雷曼破產華爾街早上急挫

雷曼破產華爾街早上急挫雷曼破產華爾街早上急挫9月15日 星期一 22:00[color=#000000]美國[/color]投資銀行雷曼兄弟破產，引發金融危機，環球股市急跌，[color=#000000]紐約[/color]股市道指初段跌大約三百點。
道指開市約十分鐘報11134，跌287點；納指報2208，跌52點；標普500指數報1215，跌36點。
繼今年三月美國第五大投資銀行貝爾斯登因瀕臨破產而被[color=#000000]摩根大通[/color]收購近半年之後，華爾街再次出現令人震驚的消息。
美國第四大投資銀行雷曼兄弟公司宣布申請破產，而同一時間，[color=#000000]美國銀行[/color]宣布以500億[color=#000000]美元[/color]收購[color=#000000]美林[/color]證券。
美國財政部長保爾森、證券交易委員會主席考克斯，以及來自[color=#000000]花旗集團[/color]、摩根大通、[color=#000000]摩根士丹利[/color]、高盛、美林公司的高層星期日雲集位於曼哈頓的紐約聯邦儲備銀行總部，這已經是他們為拯救雷曼連續第三天碰頭議事。
但最終曾有意收購雷曼的[color=#000000]英國[/color]巴克萊銀行和美國銀行當天均退出。
由於雷曼與一眾投資銀行、證券商、[color=#000000]對沖基金[/color]，甚至保險機構有著千絲萬縷的聯繫，破產產生的衝擊波迅速擴散到整個金融市場。
受此影響，亞洲股市出現下跌，其中[color=#000000]新加坡[/color]跌3.27%；[color=#000000]印度[/color]跌3.35%，[color=#000000]澳洲[/color]1.8%；[color=#000000]台灣[/color]跌4.09%；內地和香港因假期休市。歐洲股市亦下挫大約4%至5%，特別是金融類股票。(綜合外電)

Unfortunately this is only the tip of the iceberg, much worse is yet to come. AIG is about to implode and many other events to follow. Only about ten or so bankers are "immune", GS, BAC, etc,  not because of their prudent investment strategy, it was their criminal connection with the FED (they are constituent controller of the FED), some of those criminal banks will get even bigger after this major consolidation (the proper term is asset seizure). Even though they themselves have massive exposure to bad loans, they will not bankrupt even under very adverse financial situations, after all, this is socialism for the rich. The Fed will back them directly or indirectly when needed, like BAC acquired Countrywide, and now stock swapping with ML.
