Both the Sigma 10-20 zoom lens and the Tokina 12-24 has got much praise from other photography forum users
An user have the Sigma 10-20 lens and just love it for sweeping landscapes. Quality wise, there's probably not a lot of difference between the two.
However, the difference between the widest angle can be summed up here--
