故事描述兩位從美國到巴塞隆拿旅行的女孩Vicky&Cristina，遇上性感的畫家Antonio搭訕，三人一起到鄉下度過週末。已經訂婚的Vicky竟爲Antonio著迷，Cristina也喜歡這種不受拘束的異國戀曲，Antonio的前妻Elena也在此時出現，複雜的四人情慾糾葛，譜出一場巴塞隆拿戀曲。
