一名男子涉嫌在港鐵金鐘站用手機偷拍女乘客的裙底，懷疑因為未有關上閃光燈被揭發拘捕。現場消息指，上午10時許，一名女子在港鐵金鐘站乘搭扶手電梯時，發覺後面有閃光，轉身查看，看見一名男子手持手機，懷疑被他偷拍，其他乘客亦發現，聯手將該名男子制服，將由警員押返警署調查。

of course not la as police will charge him

1) 遊 蕩 罪 or 或 行 為 不 檢 罪
2) 「 破 壞 公 眾 體 統 」 （ outraging public decency ） 罪 名 ， 該 罪 名 在 本 港 最 高 可 判 入 獄 七 年 ， 比 遊 蕩 罪 和 行 為 不 檢 都 嚴 重 。
