I ALSO WANT TO KNOW. WHAT THEY CAN DO. FIRE A OFFICER, PUT SOMEBODY GO TO JAIL WITHOUT GO TO COURT, FORCE BANK BUY BACK WITH FULL AMOUNT. RULING THE BANK WHAT CAN DO WHAT CANNOT DO.

IN THIS ENVIRONMENT, WE HAVE TO USE MORE THAN 10M TO POINT OUT WHERE IS THE PROBLEM. THE BANK WILL DELAY ALL PAY BACK PROCESSING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO KNOW THE RESULT.

我認為通過運用立法會(權力及特權)條例是唯一的解決辦法。

I am not sure what is the scope of this ordinance - do they have a power to order the bank to pay back full amount to LB mini bond holders?
If I represent the banks, I will let the court make a judgement.

COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE IT.  IF THEY DON'T HAVE POWER TO PUNISH THE BANK OR PUSH THE BANK THE BANK BUY BACK.
