係唔係無恥subject to你企响邊個面上睇呢事。 若果話用權力及特權法迫銀行回水就係無恥, 外資以後都不會再信香港人, 無錯外資可能唔信香港人, 但外資唔会唔信dollar sign。 再講, 就算唔信香港人, 但佢地要做中國人生意, 焗住要信香港人。 但倒翻轉, 當香港人經歷過今次"迷債", " I kill you later"後, 究竟仲有幾多香港人会信外資嘅產品, 究竟最終嘅loser会係边過, 香港人無恥定係外資無恥, 心喧不宜!

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH CYBERKEN. HOWEVER EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW HIGH RISK HIGH RETURN. NO RISK NO RETURN. A YEAR AGO EVEN THOUGH WE DEPOSIT MORE THAN 100,000.00 TO TIME DEPOSIT IN THE BANK ALSO NOT 100% SAFE. IF THE BANK CLOSE, MAX WE CAN GET BACK 100,000.00.
ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO, COMMERICAL INTERNATIONAL BANK ( NOT SURE THE NAME) WAS CLOSED. ALL DEPOSITER TOTAL LOST.

我就覺得銀行以內部聆訊黎處理件事件就可以啦，因為涉及違規銷售既銀行職員及雷曼苦主始終都只佔少數，而多間銀行亦明顯有意與苦主和解(注意，銀行想和解並唔代表銀行出錯，我相信只係因為商譽同其他社會因素既原因)，唔明點解要引用特權法去破壞香港咁多年以黎金融中心既美譽！d政黨真係不知所謂:jaw:
