do not be disappointed. #5 holders. it will come back especially after the rights issue money. the american banks are so weak now. Citi used to be the world's largest bank. now their market cap is less than Hang Seng. #5 is withdrawing from the us market to stop the bleeding. At least, they admit error and it is a good start.
Stan Chart is not bad but they are all in emerging markets.
