but it seems to me that the pricing are not particularly impressive and lots of your choices are actually available in HK already
also the information are rather incomplete, such as just saying "Penfolds 707" but no display of the vintage nor the condition of the wine, such kind of non-customer friendly description would negatively affect the purchasing desire of the customers

thanks for the suggestion as this is just the temporary blog which i gona transfer them to a proper web after the it been done. Most of the wine got their own description except Penfolds which is the latest update.
And also please kindly suggest me the best place to get wine in HK so that i can make some reference on the price adjusting. If possible i would like to know which good wine from Aus haven really get in HK.
Is it possible for me to join the gathering and i would bring some wine over for tasting. Please kindly inform the budget of the dinner.

Has anyone heard of a fisherman called "Yue Sing" (=fish saint or fish win) in Shaukiwan. My friend from China is taking me to a dinner this Sunday and it is said that this guy supplies all the fish to Uncle 4, the Kwok brothers,.... and it's not expensive and my friend guarantees me that it's good. It's like a Li Yu Mun arrangement. Wanna try this one if my Sunday dinner turns out to be good? Otherwise, I will book Yung Kee.

A shop calls Everwise is focuing in Aussie wine in HK, and they have pretty good collection
For other large scale store, such as Watson's, Ponti, etc., you can just walk in and have a look, you will be able to understand how the market views the wine from Aust
for the gathering part, personally i have no objection to any new comers, as its just a casual gathering. Please expect $300-600/pax depending on the restaurant to be selected
