Another Software "DVD Decrypter " which inidcated that it can remove Region Code : 1,2,3.....8 !!:verygood::verygood:

yes, DVD shrink will do the job.
Or use CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD. You can even convert a DVD9 to DVD5 with CloneDVD2.
