大家今年跑渣打馬拉虫有set 目標時間嗎??
我第二次參加, 上年跑1個鐘多1分鐘, 今年無咩練過~~希望keep到1個鐘啦....
又其實....依家開始練會唔會太遲呢...?
定一或分別不大...係我就慳番了~~~

Application for Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2009 (including half marathon and 10km) to be held on Feb 8 (Sun) has started. There will be four(4) groups of 10km. - The 10k challenge is for those who have run under 1:10, - and 3 other fun runs. For the first time, half marathon is also divided into two groups. - The Half Marathon Challenge is for those who have run under it 2:15. - and the other is for slower runners. Quota is for a total of 55,000! - 33,000 for the 10k runs, - 14,000 for the two half marathons - and 8,000 for marathon. The routes look like the same as last year. Entry fee for local runners is HK$270 before Oct 31 and HK$320 from Nov 1 to Dec 31 if quota is still available.
