想問版主一句 , 是不是任何人都可以開新 a/c 去辱罵會員呢 ? 係咪扣完一次分 , 再犯就不用理會 , 版主可以視而不見呢 ?

如果係甘 , 甘又使乜要版規呢 ? 即係等殺左人坐完監 , 放監之後再殺人就唔受法律制裁 , 你地點做版主架 , 思想甘古怪既 !

正常既情況 , 應該係初犯輕罰再犯重罰 , 條友依家就係刻意再犯 , 版主居然唔作出相應行動 , 試問如何服眾 !
