記得當年Lady Dunn及Norman Foster及其他三人�咧鴙粍on UK Domicile Tax Status, 是要放棄上議院議席來換取的, 相信是以非以英國作主要居住地點為由而申誚的, 所以Non UK Domicile Tax Status 能夠獲得, 但保留個 Title 就被人非議. 其實在70年代時, 由於最高稅階級別的稅率為 98%, 很多極高收入的歌星都移民往美國或其他地區居住, 以避開重稅. 如 Beatles 的 John Lennon, Paul Mccartney 等便長居美國. 最後導至 John Lennon 於紐約被殺, 又真係非始料所及.

至於小弟則更容易, 身家又唔多, 在確定回歸前將所有財產分配妥善, 到時以退休人仕身份回歸即可. 相信到時稅局都唔會懷疑我D老人家仲有乜海外收入喇.

筆保長, 小弟明白我地普通人和  筆保長�鴾嬪O, 問題是出在  筆保長那份長俸身上. 小弟乃 nobody, 甚至擁有雙重國籍 , 基本上人在香港和在英國是可以分成兩個獨立個體. 而  筆保長在當年辦理居英權時, 所有資料英國稅局會有詳細記錄. 除非打算不重回英倫長居, 否則, 他曰 筆保長回歸英倫時, 亦必須重新申報每月的長俸收入加上在香港的收益.  筆保長為免麻煩及不作虛假申報, 所以才不在香港置業. 既然  筆保長有回英居住的打算, 未來幾年在英置業乃理所當然的事了.

其實英國已經比美國好得多了, 聞說美國人是要納雙重稅的.

多謝  筆保長提醒, 小弟托賴居英多年都未有幫襯過GP, 不過由於內子及其家人就有睇 GP, 故略有認識. 醫療保險方面, 由於在香港是一定需要的, 故此漸漸養成購買醫療保險的習慣.
至於回英後相信仍然會繼續購買, 因為英國仍然是個財政赤字的國家, 每年財政預算都是赤字的, 記得當年曾經試過 NHS 於上半年已用盡全年的經費, 很多地區下半年已經不用做非緊急手術喇! 雖然老人有優先, 但若是遇著非緊急手術, 都係留番D資源俾其他人, 自己搵私家大國手攪掂算啦.

今朝聽 DBC 大班訪問一個我好尊敬的教育界人仕, 旺角鮮魚行學校 梁紀昌校長, 梁校長強調, 學校對 德育及國民教育科的教材內容, 有絕對自主權. 對於一些不真實和洗腦的教材, 該校是絕對不會取用的而且會利用這一科來撥亂反正. 更加歡迎外界人仕監堂. 大班都當堂語塞. 若果 梁校長所說是真的而各學校在該科內容真的有自主權的話, 那  德育及國民教育科又何懼之有呢? 若論到洗腦, 其實愛國教育已經在暗暗推行了很多年啦, 包括大家不滿的對國家情感的表達. 果個話每次看見國旗升起的時候就感動到淚盈於睫的高官爵士,
