首先代  家母多謝 仙妺的祝福. 如果 仙妺能夠講出該位 "婆婆"在 念新村大概住在那個位置或門牌, 應該可以知道她的名字的. ”六婆”是住在13號而 ”聾婆”亦即是妙姐的奶奶, 剛好住在 ”六婆”後便, 即14號. 4號是盧林兩夫婦.
其實時間過得很快, 家母當年搬入 念新村時, 衹是個二十出頭的少婦, 今年已經是為她慶祝[font=&quot][size=12.0pt]「杖朝之喜」了.[/size][/font]

做外貿的都習慣睡得晚, 歐洲客還可以最多一兩點. 美加客就仲麻煩, 一時就一,兩點, 但有時又要晨早五,六點趕收工前攪掂喎, 真難服侍. 不過, 小弟這種無聊人, 預左今朝個市冇方向, 可以�堔杝, 所以才攪到咁夜, 同正經事無關.

可能時期不同,我記憶中二號除了有房子緊貼我家外,他們在自己家對面也搭了房子，那不是空地，還有搭在大坑渠上－－小時我曾進入那裡，這影像還是記得的．

那相片應在1961-62年前拍攝, 因從相片中看到大部份屋頂都是尖的, 還未有在屋頂加建天台. 而2號屋旁的空地是較一般的為多, 呈L形的. 後來他們從 念新村牌坊到其屋旁與及從其門囗至大坑旁都搭建上蓋和間格, 僻作廚房和大廳, 不過記得是沒有門的. 地方大過原裝的屋地幾倍以上. 不過, 由於房屋的編配是抽簽的, 抽得位置不好亦沒得投訴. 仙妹家的位置屬一般, 雖屋前有空地可加建儲物室之用, 但卻又鄰近垃圾池. 亦叫做打和冇乜著數也.

我坐觀塘小輪的年代是上中學的時候（中學在東九龍），所以觀塘是接駁點，再轉巴士。有些時候坐老爸的電單車，經西灣河渡輪到觀塘，或者從觀塘到西灣河或北角。後來開了地鐵，馬上變了MTR常客，雖然從學校需要轉車到地鐵站，不過省去了等船的時間，又有冷氣，時間也可以好好控制。

返poly的年代不坐船了，可以有兩個方法，1)隧道巴，常塞車   2）坐地鐵，出佐敦，再經柯士甸道到poly。早上上學，給朝陽照個正著，放學，給夕陽又照個正著。

觀塘碼頭美食，我零用錢不多，最多買杯豆漿飲！反而小輪的即食麵，如果在冬天吃，精神一振！
