其實唔係太難, 雙腳要離地靠牆. 秘訣是雙手力度要平均, 否則做唔到超過十下. 網上有人上載有關練習片段可供參考.

芋兄，小弟今天跟我母校的學長，同學，學妹等人陪老師(93歲)和他的印傭到尖沙咀百樂門囍宴酒樓飲茶，剛坐下，開了茶，同學正在埋首寫點心紙時，已有人對桌上那兩碟醃酸的白蘿蔔，紅蘿蔔，青瓜開始行動，連那位言行舉止都非常好的印傭(我給予她的印象分頗高)也在品嘗得津津有味，好在我的反應也不慢，不一會點心還未到，這兩隻碟已能照鏡了，估不到這麼多人會喜歡吃這些東西，其實那些食物並不醃得太酸，如果酸少少可能大家更快掃清光。

中大的拔尖計劃乃始於 1984年. 是爭議多年改革大學雙軌制的衍生產品. 由於 中大師生於八十年代初期極力反對中大四改三, 而政府則極力希望高級程度教育能統一於兩年制. 所以 中大才推出這個 暫取生制度去吸收一些中學會考成績較佳的學生, 於修畢中六後免試入讀大一.即等如 五一四制. 而當時香港大學則是採用英式的 五二三制的.  

最後經過幾十年的爭議改進而達至今天的 三三四, 將中學會考和高級程度會考合而為一, 並同時配合十二年免費教育的實施, 已算是近年難得一見的德政.

[size=4][color=#365f91][b]蕉學長，哈哈，我那埕開胃菜迄今亦只剩一半。學長要是有興趣自己醃製，謹奉上芋記方以供參考。二斤米醋，一斤冰糖慢火煮溶，待涼備用。如果學長口味偏酸，可酌減冰糖至十二�O。另外坊間有些做法是加水減低酸度。芋記則喜歡二斤米醋，一斤冰糖加二錢 salt （約兩茶匙）帶出一點和味，醃品是要醃成後味道才能確定，單憑沾醋試味不一定準確。各人口味有別，建議學長適度調節直至找到你的滿意點。[/b][/color][/size]

晨早5.00起床,起得比雞早,趕去台北火車站集合,坐7.10火車
南下花蓮,再換遊覽車,共6輛2百多人,聲勢浩大,首先去吃午餐,
餐廳叫"三國一",一家曼波魚專門料理店,曼波魚又叫反車魚或
翻車魚,膠質特多,但不怎麼好吃,但其他菜色還不錯,燒雞值得
一讚.
午餐後去花蓮著名景點,太魯閣峽谷和天祥,太魯閣由三大山系,
南湖群峰,奇萊連峰,合歡群峰組成,有五大溪,立霧溪,三棧溪,
花蓮溪,大甲溪,濁水溪,其中立霧溪源於奇萊北峰,蜿蜒東流,
在燕子口及天祥,經億萬年的沖刷,切穿大理石形成太魯閣峽谷
垂直懸崖深1666公尺,嘩,比美國大峽谷(1620)深呢,我在峨嵋山
看耶懸崖就覺得大自然真是鬼斧神工,小時候聽老師說,有兩個
武林高手比武,他們覺得比武沒意義,不如比誰先上峨嵋山頂,
結果兩人都死在山麓.
太魯閣一半在2000公尺以上高山,我們在遊客中心觀看簡介,
之後走了一小段步道,在這裹走,每個人都要戴安全帽,因為,
之前有幾個大陸客被落石擊中,從此以後,來這都要戴安全帽,
安全帽免費供應,在出口歸還.太魯閣國家公園有3.5個台北市大
要全覽是不可能.
晚餐和住宿在花蓮烟波大飯店,席開23桌,花蓮市長都來致意
敬酒,菜色富盛.飯店房間也超大豪華.
