至 Hammondstreet Road North 果度附近的地皮, 買黎起屋投資就免喇! 要黎起間渡假屋, 一年飛去一兩次, 騎馬打獵放下草就差唔多. 你睇後便個森林幾大.

一句講哂, 大多都係姓羊的, 唔係叫羊��, 就係叫羊牯. 強國就羊牯多, 香港就羊�議ㄜ齯�. 盲搶鹽是其中一例. 而最近的五千個白表買居庢又是一例, 話明白表即係有入息限制啦(反而綠表冇入息限制). 咁快挾都五,六千蚊呎. 搵果二三寓蚊個月, 點買呀. 到時政府稍為加少少限制, 如轉手年期, 彧入息與供款比例等.(地產商肯定唔會反對, 因為唔係佢定個市場). 咁呢班現在就追價的羊��, 就坐梗艇喇. 有資格現在用綠表買居屋的買家, 佢地肯定唔係好有實力的一 ��, 到時惟有短炒變長綠剌.

金融風暴下一個震央——中國

環球經濟往下怎樣走，言人人殊，大家都同意的是，歐洲經濟需要一段長時間才能從危機恢復過來；在太平洋的彼岸，美國的復蘇猶抱琵琶半遮面，歐美的種種不明朗因素，令大家把希望寄託在中國。

筆者的看法卻剛剛相反。4年前的金融海嘯，中國是受益者，國勢在此長彼消下崛起；下次的金融風暴反過來很有可能發生在已經晉身經濟龐大體的中國。

中國的問題，我稱它為「除數的問題」，包括銀行壞賬在內的種種危機，都因為整塊餅的高速增長，大問題變作小問題。增長最終都會回落，那時候，蛆蟲就會從壞了的蘋果中鑽出來。

以銀行業為例，內地銀行利潤驚人，2011年上市銀行佔整個A股總利潤逾半。

專家估計，國家在數年前投入的4萬億，輕易製造了9萬億的貸款，以存貸息差3厘計算，這已經為銀行業製造了2700億元的利潤，其中工、農、中、建、交五大行，更佔了貸款的一半。

以龍頭工商銀行（1398）為例，去年的貸款規模增加了1萬億元，但這些都是可一不可再的。

我問一位國有銀行的老總，賺那麼多錢，為什麼股價仍是那麼低迷？他說：「還不是壞賬！而且，中國銀行下一輪的壞賬不是來自中型企業（民企為主），而是來自一些規模龐大的企業和項目，金額動輒上十億計的貸款，壞賬目前看不出來，是因為總貸款額仍在增加。」

銀行之外，中國金融業的另一板塊是保險。保險業是金融系統舉足輕足而又透明度超低的行業，但全世界所有金融業相比之下，銀行就永遠像被罰站的頑皮學生，備受注目，卻很少人留心保險公司的安全線。行內人告訴我，保險業的投資到處都是地雷，牽涉的金額很驚人。

中國的危機並不是來自「保八」失敗，中國的GDP增長率絕對有可能回落到低單位數，說的是3%至4%，但我們不用為數字而惶恐，因為只要人民收入持續增加，維穩是做得到的。

再者，人民的收入比GDP增長快，絕對不是壞事，為什麼現在達不到呢？是因為第一和第二產業佔GDP的比重太高，再加上國企壟斷戰略行業。

國家什麼時候還富於民，人民的收入便會出頭。

中國的危機來自計劃經濟下，上游產業過度膨漲，生產力過剩，資產泡沫加上金融業風險集中，系統風險一發不可收拾。

產業過度膨漲，生產力過剩，資產泡沫等基本上和金馬影帝  羊(楊)�議ㄙg上關係, 而金融業風險集中, 其實應該係金融業的管理和風險意識做得差 (可能有些是故意的). 手法過份追取, 加上投資銀行過份膨漲和吹噓, 就是小部份強國人的本性表現  狼性/羊牯. 至於強國保險業, 由於是國企和幾間獨大, 和英式的同業間可互相轉投 ( 如 NAMES 等 ) 分散風險, 透明度自然低, 而且保險業的另一面基本上就是金融投資管理, 而中國保險業若因 狼性而透明度不高之下, 問題肯定嚴重, 隨時由 豺狼變成羊牯呀. 近曰港股波幅無常, 上落全冇章法. 期指動輒一手幾千張上落去推高弄低, 我地班海鷗( 禿鷹唔好聽 ) 就開心啦, 睇準黎食. 不過, 咁情況睇黎就係有人就黎爆煲喇, 睇佢最終係 豺狼定羊牯囉.

雖然 94.4 係幾靚價, 但睇唔出短線可以彈得幾多. 德國 三個分類 PMI 指數初值都下跌, 睇黎德國唔會出手托 歐羅 住, 喜歡玩交叉盤不如 short EUR/AUD 現價 1.1800 中都可以呀, 而且利息就高好多喇. 不過外匯呢家野真係風高浪急, 都係以消息來舞高弄低, 跟得太貼時, 隨時左一巴, 右一巴. 最好唔好做咁大孖展, 彧者唔好掂喇. 生意難撈, 連一向話唔做外匯孖展買賣既 匯豐 今年都開始有得玩喇, 都唔知係好事定壞事.

小弟愚見，外匯世界好多時是睇"相對"的，冇錯歐羅係弱，但當中有富親戚諸如德荷奧等，佢地絕對有資格救窮親戚，出手與否，政治決定也；而日本似强則弱，政治混亂，日圓高企，再嚟多次天災人禍，未必頂得順，新加入日本央行政策委員會之 Takahide Kiuchi 主張進一步 放寬貨幣政策，亦可能為一助力。Eur / JPy BOLL 日線圖已貼近下線多時，如果今日成十字星，有機反彈至 96 -97 水平，愚見貽笑大方。


當然，一字講哂，搏啫。EUR/AUD 呢個 idea 都幾好，不過小心轉勢 。
