How do you know it's 重罰? Under what criteria?
Or is it just your presumption?
Sure enough there's certain protocol that is beyond the public's (and even media's) knowledge
Could be just anything other than reprimand

I dun understand, why reading in "六點半新聞" is such a goal for just any caster?
Why is that slot so important?
AFAIK she's had 1930 stints too before shifting back to morning stints
Perhaps maybe she has to fit certain work schedule?
Let's not forget, she's enrolling in eMBA program so this hectic lifestyle has got to work for her
