[size=3]我地Provide的TRAINING包括最基本的IIQE Paper 1~5考試及其他FP試，一路做FP會有定期的TRAINING幫助大家改善溝通技巧，外表形象等，所以大家並唔使擔心一開始就做唔黎。

頭一個月唔使做野住，上齊TRAINING就有齊BASE SALARY。

之後會有MENTOR（SENIOR FP）一個個guide住大家做野+教一D技巧俾新人。佢地的NETWORK已經大到做唔黎，唔會同新人搶客。其實頭一年攞BASE SALARY的COMMISSION REQUIREMENT唔會好高，我地係要新人慢慢學去DEVELOP自己的NETWORK，唔係迫人走。

我地招大學生目標就係要大家升到上去MANAGEMENT LEVEL，真真正正係管理底下成TEAM人，對自己有目標的FRESH GRAD絕對要考慮下。
（公司內有STATISTCS話到俾我地知U GRAD學生喺MANAGEMENT LEVEL係佔左大部分）
