Missing one level on the headline

I just transfer from the old forum to this new one but find out some difficulties.

For example, when i browsed to here;
HK Sauna 香港桑拿浴室及上樓骨

The headline shows; Xocat II Forum » HK Sauna 香港桑拿浴室及上樓骨

I cannot select to go back to; Sex Education 成人性趣

I think the old forum will have the healine like this;

I mean the headline should behave like the following;

Xocat II Forum » Sex Education 成人性趣 » HK Sauna 香港桑拿浴室及上樓骨

My concern as well.  Investigating...

Initially, i though it may be very hard for others to understand what i am talking about.  

Yeah, i got it...

But other sections are OK, such as:
