Chateau Quinault L'Enclos 2000
Recently uncorked this St. Emilion Grand Cru, also tried 99' & 05' before. Performance of this chateau is consistent. And price is just modest and this worths a try.
Deep garnet in colour, cassis nose, fairly oaky, dry, smooth tannins, quite full body with decent finishing. Begins to fade after half an hour.

That's why I'm skeptical about it. Maybe need to retaste this in the near future.

to me, it is a very new style St Emillion, with very strong new oak
