First of all, as you know, managers there changed from time to time.
e.g. Maggie is no longer in the field, and it seems Manager 'Bo Man' (the manager just before Windsor closed) will not be in the new management. But I can ask who the new manager will be.

I was told that the bosses have spent 20 million dollars on the renovation.
(but the advert of The Spa & Spa says they have spent 30 million dollars) ;P

if you realy visited those established saunas (not necessarily very expensive saunas) all these years,
especially those that were previously in groups 集團, you would be bound to meet and meet again the same batch of PRs/managers/chiefs here and there again and again. The personnel in these saunas tend to have the widest exposure in the field.
