喂，過年啦！免費餐舞會、你一定要嚟呀。

You are imaginative but the meaning is entirely wrong.  :nono:

Thks. I don't think I know the exact answer. But just do it for fun, taking your hint that the meaning shld be exactly opposite :

喂，過年啦！餐舞會要收費、你一定要嚟呀。 (Party for fee:P)

The hint is  the speaker doesn't know any English.
