中國銀監會發布公告稱，在有關部門的支持配合下，由廣東省政府主導、以廣東發展銀行為主體進行的廣發行改革重組工作日前已取得新的進展。
公告稱，２００６年１１月１６日，花旗集團(新聞 - 網站 - 圖片)牽頭組織中國人壽（２６２８）、國電集團、中信信託等組成的投資者團隊與廣發行正式簽約。１２月７日，銀監會收到廣發行報來的股東資格申請後，嚴格按照有關法律法規的規定進行審核，依法批准了投資入股廣發行股東的資格。
根據廣發行重組協定有關安排，投資者團隊擬於今日（１８日）正式完成資金交割。
銀監會有關部門負責人表示，投資者團隊完成資金交割後，廣發行的改革重組還有大量的工作要做，有關各方將把廣發行打造成具有國際競爭力的現代商業銀行。
資料顯示，國壽與花旗集團牽頭的財團將以３０﹒６億美元，入股廣發行８５﹒５％股權，其中，國壽及國電集團均佔廣發行２０％股權，ＩＢＭ佔４﹒７４％，而花旗及ＩＢＭ合共則佔２４﹒７％股權。

If go for day-trade, $23.5 - $23.8 will be the first target, since 2628 had no route to catch, good luck and hope you earn big money:verygood:

Judging from its P/E, 2628 hardly worths its present price. The main reason to support its sharp rise recently is its prospect into the next 5 years.
With the price of 2628 went over $20, will small inestors like you and I buy it? Will any of your friends who you know but it? I think most of us who have bought 2628 at a lower price have sold it Then, who were crazily buying it? It is not small amount of money to push up 2628 to $22, with huge amount of transaction.
Purely on the transaction trend of 2628, it will rise further. There may be some real causes for it to go so fast, but they are not known to small investors. We can only guess.

As I emphasis all the time in this thread, up to this moment, 2628 had no route to catch, all the preformance data (i.e. PE, market value, etc) all not valid on this stock. Therefore, if U feel confortable on the currect stock price, JUST GO FOR IT, otherwise, just stay back and watch! :blowme::blowme::blowme:

中國人壽（２６２８）今日發布Ａ股招股意向書，首次公開發行不超過１５億股Ａ股，佔發行後總股本的比例不超過５﹒３％；今年１２月１９日至２２日詢價，２５日至２６日網下申購，２６日網上申購，年內完成發行，預計２００７年１月１１日之前上市。
是次發行採用向戰略投資者定向配售、網下向詢價對象詢價配售與網上資金申購發行相結合的方式進行。其中，戰略配售不超過６億股，約佔本次發行數量的４０％；網下發行不超過３﹒３７５億股，回撥機制啟動前約佔發行數量的２２﹒５％；網上發行不超過５﹒６２５億股，回撥機制啟動前約佔３７﹒５％。
在網下足額認購的情況下，若網上發行初步中簽率低於２％，且低於網下配售的初步配售比例，在不出現網上發行最終中簽率高於網下最終配售比例的前提下，從網下向網上回撥不超過本次發行規模２﹒５％的股票（不超過３７５０萬股）。
公告稱，假設本次發行數達到上限１５億股，則發行後Ａ股公眾投資者持股數將達５﹒３％，中國人壽集團持有１９３億股Ａ股，佔總股份數６８﹒４％，Ｈ股投資者持股數達到７４億股，佔２６﹒３％。
國壽在招股書中披露，該公司總資產從２００３年的３０６８億元人民幣變為今年６月底的６１６９億元人民幣，三年翻了一倍。今年以來，該公司繼續加大營銷網點的增設力度，截至今年１１月３０日，營銷網點數量約為１﹒５萬個。

I did short today (with very little cash). Only made a little bit of profit, but I am still happy. :P
It was a pretty risky move today.:L

中國人壽（２６２８）將於本周五（２２日）確定Ａ股招股價範圍，有內地專家預測，發行價約在２０元人民幣的水平，較Ｈ股昨日（１９日）收市價約有１０％折讓。市場人士預期，國壽Ａ股下周定價前，Ｈ股仍見支持。
《上海證券報》昨日報道，國壽高層與保薦人兵分４路，於４天內向位於北京、上海、廣州等１８０家機構進行詢價，本周內可確定初步招股價範圍。內地專家預測，國壽Ａ股招股價有望在２０元人民幣左右，既能照顧到與Ｈ股的協調，也能為今後的Ａ股市場上揚騰出空間。
