Brothers, please think twice before you do anything. This may turn good thing to bad . If the numbers are just false and not true and for fun, would there be any damage done to the BG or Winsor. You may creat some misunderstandings amoung BGs. Sometimes, it is better to keep silence on this. Remember silence is golden and true sometimes. Let it die by itself if there is no fun and no one seems interested.

I do believe with the help of people like MMD (and his past names on this forum) there are BGs with damaged names already !

It seems Windsor can't keep their sub management employees happy and the turnover is high !

How can staff be happy if they cut the salary of the staff
Their base salary is low something like min. wages
Plus the tips include reaching the number of customers target changed
For example, it used to be 120 target, that means if daily customer reach 120 or above, say 150
They will get 150-120 x ($10) = $300, different level has different tips scale ($10, $20, $50)
The average for Windsor daily customer count I think is about 160 to170
In the past they get say 170-120 = 50 x $10 = 500
But now it become 170 - 150 = 20 x $10 = $200
It's a big cut in tips
That's why last night when I went there, most of the staff seem unhappy

Is this true? I think it is due to the delay of opening of 2nd floor. This will delay the growth of customers. I am not happy too becasue sometimes I have to wait for a long time to wait for rooms.

it is about #5468, minium wages. Don't bother too much. I never treat it too seriouly. I do what I belive to be right. I pay tips to good services. If they are good to me, I will be good to them. Anyway, I don't do things which may hurt them except when I was very angry and upset. I come to relax and enjoy and nothing else.

I don't understand. What you are saying is that MMD's stated formulas are for calculating service personnels' daily wages (not tips)? So, at the end of the month, an employee's mininum wages can be so highly variable, solely dependant on the daily customer count and calculations by management?

I never did Spa there. I just sit at the second row and saw her talking to a local customer, the customer mandarin is terrible but her Mandarin is very accurate. She is about 5 feet 4 inches tall, omega brown hair, looks like twins Ah Sa. She usually stands around the seats near the the VIP room at the lounge area - usually for lady customers. Just curious as she seems new to me though I seldom talk to other besides Miss E which had left.
