其實應該問, 管理層招聘技師時點樣出口術, 例如管理層會唔會暗示俾技師聽: 招呼正常, D 客通常會俾一對一, 甚至二對三; 招呼週到就一對二; 招呼唔夠好就二對一, 諸如此類.  管理層絕對應該理順技師期望, 如果客人出手, 同技師期望落差大, 絕對不利三方!

幾乎可以肯定, 沒有甚麼出口術, 只會提兩鐘最少一百.

今天我做完中式按摩後, 今天新返新美容師Angel 亦完成基本
orientation, Jennifer 就把她引見我, 我就成了Angel 第一個客.
經過按手, 稍休息後, 就由Angel 替我做香熏按摩.
Angel 長髮靚女有點怕醜, 但也幾識tum人,
按摩手法可以幾�酮X. 返 3pm.

我就認為1對1都好正常,招呼唔好就應該由0元代支至150元代支不等.
除非好熟又或者你想追個技師至會2對3...否則...:-(

之前醞釀了交mark 單制度很久, 九月正式開始, 每月早更20,張
夜更10, 2 pm 特更30. 月尾計數早、特更有技師唔夠的話,
可能要「改更」作為處理, 而中夜6pm、夜更申請升早，特更,
相信也要交20-30張.
所以一般技師心裹可能唔會再咁鐘意做長鐘客(四粒鐘或以上)
咁多次.;P

我和你一樣, 只有一次破例俾50, 因翻mark卻dup得不合標準,
出房後唔舒服,我要另再「起多個頭」(再mark 另一技師做雙鐘).
鐘房理解下亦無異議. 亦只俾過一個新技師150, 因她技術稍嫩和亂,
後來再mark技術改善了, 就對翻足.

三粒鐘俾500的少數客, 幾乎只會在日頭出現.

可能呢一行管理人認同 MARK 單係有效行銷手法啦, 不過對客來講, 除非與技師好熟好長情銀包好脹, 否則 MARK 單制睇唔出對齋場消費者有乜好處. MARK 單制出現, 搞到消費者唔翻MARK 就好似做醜人咁, 即係就算上一次個技師真係好好, 消費者下一次唔翻 MARK, 就似乎將 "判罪" 責任推諉消費者身上, 即係 "翻MARK 係寶" "唔翻MARK 就話技師係草" 咁. 呢個 "判決" 消費者真係擔當唔起喎!

你講得極端左點, 需知因行mark 單前都俾左技師成個夏天吸納客作基礎,
我覺得大多數技師都唔係著緊個客是否一定下次立刻翻麥, 只求[b]貯客[/b]平均日日都有人麥.
以前常常無人remark, 只靠公司俾一兩個客果D, 不少早已自動流失.
現在行mark單制, 主要對少數少單的會有較大壓力.
即使夜更技師, 因夜晚生意好左, 常常特價1 am 時段後上十幾
廿個甚左公假前夕四十幾個夜鬼上去, 夜更技師也多了mark單.

The trick is: 如果你同技師話你會試下其他亦會翻mark, 咁佢心情都ok
如果你讓她知你只會不斷試新從不remark,
咁..........:L ;P

亦不如扮係好少上去. :P

after all, 客 mark 誰完全是自由,並無需擔當甚�洹P罪責任.

Yet another 'trick' is: 如果真係覺得個技師ok又唔想咁快翻mark住,
咁就話dup完出去會向經理讚佢 (但唔commit yourself to remarking). :lol
但最後如果個技師本身都唔主動講野, 咁亦更唔覺有任何壓力.

計mark單, 是包括電話單(電話上個客自選或電話上個客聽主任介紹而落單「電介單」)及場內客人自選book 定下次, 而不計場內客人即場介單.
翻單量及客人做完後給管理的comments (集體意見考慮), 是管理評估某新技師及決定是否繼續優先推介給其他客的基礎.

You said lately you have been going there less often, so I wonder if you have seen/met/identified
Venus, who fits your description to some extent (but somewhat taller than 5'4"). But before Venus usually came to work around 3 pm, and I don't know if these days she comes to work earlier.
She could also be the newest beautician Angel, who started work yesterday at 3 p.m.
If it was her, maybe she was asked to come to work earlier today.
Or it could be Jojo, but her hair is not particularly long wor.
Remember Jojo who used to be the daytime receptionist?
As for cuteness, I would say both Jenny and Jojo are particularly cute, but of course
you can tell which one is Jenny.

Did you ask Eva, who should be at work today?

Thanks brother, yes, Eva and Maggie also said had not seen me for a while.  I was there early today as I am on vacation, I spent more time in China these days.  I saw the Angel with pink dress from her back and I just a glimpse of her.  I think she may be Venus - I saw her at 2:15pm when she just back to work I guess.  WIll find out and let you know who the Angel is.  Btw, I never tried spa at WIndsor yet and may take my first trial soon.

What does mark單 means ?, 是包括電話單(電話上個客自選或電話上個客聽主任介紹而落單「電介單」)及場內客人自選book 定下次, 而不計場內客人即場介單.  
Is it must telephone marking /? Does it include nameing a number in the rest area  before the PR introduce or saying anything ?  Why should I have to say remarking next time ? In case , when I come next time but she is working with another customer and I choose another one as I don't want to wait, hen in this case, does it mean marking and to whom ?

計mark 單當然不論是否首次做該bg 或 再翻麥, 無分別.

至於在蘊莎計mark 單計不計人客到了場才「自選」(非「介單」) bg(即次做),

是計的.

Seems many Ching are active from the Sauna. Tried a couple of bg from this sanua for ages.  
my list. 89..120...199 ..126 and 106.. Nice with surprise.

Seem this sauna becomes more popular..  I went there last night after 1.  Lots of ppl, doesn't like the other sauna. More female customer also.

I was there too!  saw 2 female customers at least.
