28來之前一日開始, Ling 已主動call 好多兩邊(Windsor, HKOPS)都去的客來試/revisit 28,
結果佢幾日來都fully booked.....

The management should pay more attention to their service as more or more waitress in the rest area. I find their service is not as good as before. I had dinner this week sitting alone on the desk opposit the cooking counter. I have no tea servied nor soup.and I have no wet towel as well.

actually, some ex-OPS BGs metioned that customers in windsor are less generous than those in OPS and some "down-to-earth" BGs even used the word, stingy.
I was a bit embarrassing :L because I usually give 1:1.

1:1 should be normal in Windsor. So far the BGs are quite happy during re-visit.
I can not afford more, so never visited OPS. Don't want to be taken as 吝嗇 ;P

I visit HKOPS not often, not primarily because of higher tip expectation than elsehere.
