Chateau La lagune 03'
Tasted this wine last night. Deep garnet, expressive nose, low acid, medium bodied with nice fruit. Though not multi-dimensional, it did show some complexity. A feminine wine. Soft tannins and medium finish. It matched pretty well with the roast spring chicken of 會龍 居 at Sheung Ping.

la Lagune, fair wine, but may have good performance in good vintage. 03 may compensate its thinness body.
