吃過小食, 被問 (冇睇到個女主任叫乜名) 有冇預留技師, 我就話想做水療, 佢就叫 SANDY 出來講解. 在我冇指明要邊一款水療之下, 被安排先浸按摩浴缸, 再做一 PART 香薰按摩
由於我比較疲倦, 所以 sandy 特別多放礦物鹽到水中, 另外又著意調校消炎作用香薰油
技師是 Ann, 據說新加盟, 香薰推淋巴技巧及力度不錯, 由於只做一part 時間, 所以驅除疲勞效果未算徹底, 不過就唔關技師事, 估計若果連做三 part 時間, 應該可以好輕飄咁離開
浸浴部份, 其實唔太抵玩, 浸大約十五分鐘, 其間 Ann 都忙為我按頭及肩項頸, 並無偷懶, 不過, 以浸浴及香薰按摩各以同價計算, 即要 $530 X 2, 就顯出浸浴較為唔抵玩. 反而, 相同價錢之下, 我就推介維琪浴. 至少以我來講, 維琪浴個缸較大, 雖然過淺, 起碼我可以打開成個人浸住, 唔似得個按摩浴缸迫迫夾, 成堆肥肉屈在缸內, 好似浴缸藏屍咁!
出番休息室坐, 再食碗麵飲杯茶, 見到JENNIER 出現, 可能已經收到風我剛做完水療, 所以就走過來問意見, 然後又好識做咁即場俾張 $300 COUPON 俾我即時埋單用. 如果冇呢 $300 discount, 就覺得個浸浴個 part 好貴.
未夠五點, 休息室都唔多客, 當jennifer 未出現前, shirley 過來搭訕, 話我好面善, 問係唔係 "island" 見過, 我即時以為係指一間叫 "island" 桑拿時遇過, 咁梗係話冇啦, 我都未聽過一間叫 island o既桑拿. 佢初時以為我唔認, 又話佢認人有八九分信心及準確. 跟住乘機 sell 我做小工, 講完一輪我都唔做, 佢少少冇癮就行開聽電話. 即到 jennifer 俾張coupon 我, 之後我就借做問番 shirley, island 究竟o係邊, 我就冇聽過. 佢再次以為我專登扮懵, 再三講明之後, 佢先至相信, 跟住就開故話係皇朝會o個邊喎 (咁到現在, 我其實都未知係邊間), 吹完一輪, 就叫佢按手, 當係回番少少俾 jennifer d 手下. 話咁快按完 30分鐘, 俾多 $80 另加小費 $50, 之後就沖涼走人

男性在專業的美容院享受SPA主要是為了放鬆心情，解除壓力！現代人如此鍾愛SPA，就是為了尋找那份返璞歸真，回歸自然的感覺。在繁忙的都市當中，暫時地卸下身上的壓力，尋找屬於自己的一份淨土。就算是人工的也無可厚非。
在以往不多的SPA經驗中，泰國的SPA由於地方大的關係，往往都總能找到回歸自然的感覺，而在香港星級酒店中的SPA也會盡力形做這種感覺，當然，要在香港的桑拿場中找尋大自然的感覺是不大可能，但要放鬆心情，解除壓力總是能夠的．
在今次的SPA體驗中，雖然得不到回歸自然的感覺，但卻找到”人”的感覺，以往做SPA時我總會一聲不響地享受自然（因為不識泰文或場面太嚴肅的關係），今次雖然找不到大自然但卻得到Jenny的熱心招待，能在忙碌的工作之後暫時地卸下身上的壓力，不禁要說一句：〔香港人！放輕鬆點吧∼∼∼∼〕
說回今次所做的項目，全身磨沙沒什麼特別，今次主要是試維琪浴，說實在點沒有想像中的利害，但完成時心跳也是會加快了的，而在浸浴其間由於水蒸氣及水花四踐的關係，令到Jenny有一點濕身，而我卻有一點動心！！:loveliness: 最後香薰推淋巴亦能給我好好放鬆放鬆再放鬆！！
後話：如能於房間放置一張梳化及加上一壺花茶，盡量多一點RELAX會更好一點．
