Use access vba a lot?

I recently invloved in a project that needs heavy programming. Any brother here is vba access expert?

me, what is your problem?:wondering:

basically, i am trying to run excel macro in access. Do you know how to do it?

Other problems are,
If i have a spread sheet goes like this,

policy no.        condition 1       condition 2     condition 3
1334                    23                    44                 4
5462                    ...
4587                    ...
2657
7346

And i want to create a fifth column that calculate the condition that appears the most in a certain policy holder ("condition 2" for the first row). How do you do that in ACCESS?
