Last Thursday evening I tried to find the place. I arrived at about 8:00 p.m. The entrance to the building has got an iron gate. I tried to pull it open but it was knocked. There were some switches on the right hand side wall. I did not know which switch was for M/F. I did not want to get it wrong and disturbed the other residents. So I did not press any switch
Instead I just went across the road and stood there watching. I saw one C9 and a man stopping by the gate and chatted. They then pressed a switch (probably a door bell) and another fat C9 came downstair and opened the gate for them. I think this is the place. I shall try going again.
