Sure it has a lot of adult entertainment places, and I cannot possibly visit all of them.  However, I'd to share some of information here.

1. 'Room service':   There are two types, HJ or ML.  HJ is relatively easy since you can ask masseur to you room for part 1.  Part 2 does not come free.  And it is not cheap, my experience only, at about 1000 peso (I stay at a 5-stars hotel mostly.  Once I stay at a 4-star, it was 500 P.  Nonetheless, I don't have much enjoyment since all of them wanted their clients to be a quickie.  With lots of oil and quick strokes, I am not sure how many out there can stand more than 3 minutes.
    ML.  There are a quite a few sites on the web you can get info from.   My hard disk crashed and no more info with me.  If you in the Philippines already, it is rather easy to get info on this.  If you are out of the country, I found it was harder to get.  Perhaps next time when I'm there, I should some research again.  Anyway, these ads are posted by both individual and agents, some even have comments on the girls.  Price range is huge, from 2-3 peso to 10-15k P, for a 3 hours stay.  Usually mixed are more expensive, but they are really of good standard.  Usually here in Mnl is a 3-hr service, not like here of Cn.  

2.  'dormitory'.  Taxi drivers from the hotel (chartered) are more reliable- they know you can trace them if they cheat you, but they do drive you to overpriced one.  i.e. you may get one for less than 5k, but that place may ask for 6k, plus you need to tip those keepers, usually 2 of them, 1k each.  That's make the deal very expensive.   These places really offer a 'wide variety of tastes'.  Good luck in choosing, but you may not be able to choose at all.  At the end, you need to tip the driver 500 peso.

3.  adult entertainment places.  I'd rather go to those more expensive ones 'cos mentally it is more 'hygenic'.  Anyway, these places have cover charges, usually about 1k P, and you can sit down to watch girls dancing on the stage.  Mama, waiter will come to you and you need to order your drink.  I choose beer only as cocktails can be expensive, can cost 1k per glass.  Mama will arrange a girl to sit next to you.  The good thing is, a girl next to you is not a must, you may reject and be on your own.  If they sit next to you, all you need to do is to buy her drinks.  As I say, be aware of what she orders, it can be very expensive.

On stage, girls will dance nude.  If you find someone you like, you may ask her to sit next to you, buy her drinks or bring her out (Most of than not or else you wouldn't ask her to sit next to you.  I'm not sure what may happen if you don't bring her out.  Probably be cursed? )  Whatever the case may be, don't be too greedy on touching these girls bodies, may run yourself into problems.  Just be a bit gentle and follow the girl's bottom line.  You will probably get most of  your 'hand desire' if you do it probably.  Bar-finderfee is about 4k peso.  Girls are in the region of 6-8k.

Sauna.  These are like HK's, 2 hr service.  With 4K P, you have a VIP room and services, pretty much like what you get else where.  

Oh, don't think that these girls are of good English standard, but as far as body language is concerned, I believe you should have no problem!

I will stay in Makati area, is there any special around that area?

Quite a few freelancers are located around cofe shops at greenbelt 3. I took one back to hotel and costed me P2100 for a short service. The service cannot be compared with what you get in mainland. Also hotel require your visitor to register at front desk, quite safe.
