Chateau Quinault L'Enclos 05'
Had a wonderful night with this wine. It's the second time to try it, which performed with much improvement. Dark garnet, toasty oak nose, full-bodied, nice fruit, dry but has rich mid-palate, hint of bitterness that fades after some aeration. Tannic finish still. I'm sure this will certainly benefit from further cellaring. BTW, the price of the wine is quite modest. Good QPR.

thanks for the tasting notes
tried this one before too, just had the feeling that the wine is bit too strong and alcoholic, but the plenty of food is nice for chinese dishes
