【劇情介紹】
愛情完全投入的智妮，在步入29歲門檻後第4次失戀了。智妮的心像針刺般疼痛，分手前男友無情的話字字錘打著她的心房，“不可能愛過你”!智妮不由得開始回憶自己過去的戀人。一起品嘗青澀初戀的具賢哥(李賢宇飾)，性格粗獷有男人氣的正燮哥(金首路飾)，又酷又可愛的儒因(孔俞飾)……所有的戀愛經過都被仔細地記錄在了日記本中，怎會有錯？怎麼會沒有愛過自己？
　　剛剛分手的男友的話縈繞在她的腦海中，折磨著智妮，智妮決定找到曾經的戀人，只為確認一個問題，那就是“有沒有愛過我…？”然而，前男友們和智妮記憶中的人早已判若兩人。那些曾經熟悉而現在如此陌生的臉孔都毫不遲疑地否認了對智妮的愛，把智妮珍藏的回憶攪成了碎片。
　　現在，智妮所擁的只有三本日記，相逢、動情、情濃時刻和分手的各個細節都詳細地記錄在冊。智妮不願意空守著回憶傷心哭泣，她一定要讓自己獲得愛的補償，她以自己的日記為證據制定了詳細的“索賠書”寄給了前男友們。
　　自收到這封奇特的索賠書，前男友們開始坐立不安，如熱鍋上的螞蟻一般，智妮乘勝追擊，一次又一次出手……
【影片背景】
這部電影改編自2002年獲得“SidusHQ公開賽”大獎的《全度妍的Sex日記》。SidusHQ公司旗下簽有眾多頂級明星，包括全智賢、全度妍、金善雅等人，為了擴大這些明星的影響，公司設立了5千萬韓元的獎金，舉辦以這些明星為主角的劇本公開賽，該劇本在2002年度撥得頭箸。
作為一部喜劇片，影片從頭到尾都有許多搞笑的場面，有喜劇女王之稱的金善雅很好地演繹了這個角色，許多人認識金善雅，是通過2002年上映的描述中學生性幻想情節的電影《夢精記》，雖然她扮演的是文靜的高中老師，實際上卻無時無刻不在誘惑著銀幕前的男性觀眾，憑藉此片金善雅一躍而為公認的性感喜劇明星。在《S日記》這部電影中，金善雅還淋漓盡致地發揮了她的才藝，不僅演奏了鋼琴，還直接演唱了主題曲《愛著你》。《S日記》中的S，即可以理解為“Sex”，也可以理解為“Secret”，無論是前者還是後者，都是指女性最隱秘的故事。[/color]
