咁向上可去到 23320, 這刻做 23152, 如此何不 jar 之哉.
午市到 e+, HSI 都係於 250 日線 23170 爭持, 上證午市
於高位, 但 HSI 反不能升穿早市頂, 等上證收後, 睇吓大哥
搞 bin 科仲好. 要是炒高, 老何一於沽之過市, 為因美股昨高開
升過百點, 最後平收, 個勢都係弱, 高沽過市有著數.

美股三大指數, 兩升一跌, 咁都冇估錯.
標指已下跌 7.4 %, 最顛時去到 9 %.
而羅素2000已反彈 3 日, 看來美股回穩了,
咁, 日內有望撑番高 d 。而港股若得上證幫手,
收於 23000 樓上企番穩是可能的事.
昨夜市都算撈得多少, 22692 x 10, 估今日個市一樣 chok.

墨西哥高鐵招標 中國公司無對手
由中國鐵道建築總公司領導的一個財團成為墨西哥一條高鐵建設工程項目的唯一競標者。這條計劃修建的高速鐵路全長210公里，將連接首都墨西哥城和克雷塔羅州的中心城市。墨方盼最高時速達300公里
報道稱，中國鐵道建築總公司在10月15日最後截止日期到達之前，遞交了一份43億美元的建造客車及鐵路的計劃，這也是墨西哥交通部收到的唯一一份計劃。由中國鐵道建築總公司領導的這個財團還包括四家墨西哥公司。
報道指出，另外十六家公司最終決定放棄提交計劃，其中包括日本三菱、法國阿爾斯通、加拿大龐巴迪以及德國西門子公司。
墨西哥交通部表示，他們將在11月3日作出決定，宣佈是否接受中國公司提出的計劃。墨西哥政府希望這項工程能在今年12月開始，2017年運營。
