老何5六年前買落d樓便好搶手了, 內地財大氣粗移民之輩, 因香港買樓移民無望,
轉投Singapore, 本著人搶我賣, 人拋我接千年古理, 一於清倉, 留番一層算了。
今年Q2, 澳洲d都會賣埋。

Singapore同香港樓市波幅, 大同小異, 但Singapore急上急落, 就認真得人驚！

不在港投資置業原因講過, 核幅射問題；不怕一萬, 只怕萬一, 若然發生, 肯定血本無歸.
全球咁大, 又何必揀香港呢！？老何是投資角度出發, 不是唱衰港樓市。
東南亞各國, 冇人敢建造核電站, 原因好簡單, 政治問題也！

CGT 只係對海外人仕而言, 而投資百業亦一樣, 李光耀的回憶錄內立國精神及政策寫得好清楚,
值得買來一看, 什麼是為國為民, 如何管治, �鰜狾��s的無出其右。。

LOCAL 就另計, �M到錢的可炒埋一份, 免卻出外四圍炒, 肥水不流外人田也, 稅制如何老何冇深究,
炒得的都是LOCAL精英, 餘者照顧妥貼, 故每大選, 必得9成以上選票, 李氏政府負責與否, 於此可見。

獅城開埠, 三個字得以生存兼發展........自由港, 香江開埠, 英人照COPY可也。
但獅城李氏, 深明人性, 自由與管制的平衡, 拿�郎釩�, 方有今日。
