It's not a matter of qualify or not, no matter you like it or not is not an issue, it's totally depended on whether he wants it or not! IMHO he really does!!!

Then, please ask him to show us he is qualified. Compare to ex-chairmans, no big contribution has been made to the profession.
He even cannot get along with Mandy Tam smartly. Even I cannot totally agree with Mandy, but our institute should not do create those laughing stocks to the other professions. Why creating fights among CPAs? This will not help to clarify the political stands of the field but helping Mandy to cumulate more polictical capital.
For his doings, commercialwise is okay but polictialwise is so-so.
I think Eric Lee is smarter in politics.

But this will surely help to clarify the political stands of HIM!
I would say that no matter how commercialwise his act seems is not matter, but politicalwise this is what he really should do. He should be thankful that there is a LegCo representative with such an opposing view; otherwise, he won't have such a good chance to show his stand!
