We assist vendors, strategic buyers and financial investors in structuring tax-efficient deals, and uncovering potential financial and strategic risks or opportunities. We are recruiting associates for the Financial Due Diligence team who will assist in providing acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers. The associates will work in Assurance Department for 2 years before joining the Transactions Group.

Because I will still have a chance to explore audit and then be sepcializing in merger and acquisition... (sounds interesting)
