If you want to watch now TV, you have 2 tyoe of choice. The first one is join PCCW mobile plan, you have 4000 minutes for wacthing now TV finance, news, sports etc. in the package. The second choice is to have ORB or slingbox at home and your mobile operator allows you to stream the video over their network. This is more viable if you decided to join a all you can use mobile broadband package.:reading:

3G is not useful, by the way, i am now using 3, the signal is very weak when you are taking MTR, passing tunnel
