You can ask your local colleague to help you. In Korea, it is very difficult to comunicate in KTV, Sauna if you do not speak korean. It's also expensive, around US$200 for sauna while US$400 for KTV girl

昨天刚刚到首尔，一抵达酒店马上坐地铁去清凉里，果然清凉！！
成个区一带都是路边小姐，穿着三点式在等待你，刚刚去到真系几壮观！
试了一个白滑后生女，70000 won十五分钟，呢样不是问题，不过服务真系
好公式化，今晚，已经不想再试
最有趣的是，那条有如全盛时期沙嘴发廊街的小路，有很多路人经过，男男女女都有，阿公阿婆又有，大家完全当路边的小姐档口犹如士多一样！

There is Chinese "waiter" in King's who speaks Mandarin. Don't worried. I could see they welcomed Chinese very much.
