Questions about fresh grad. applying KPMG

我12月先係美國畢業, 想apply KPMG grad.
想問一下係如果係apply係要幾時? 有冇deadline..因為normally d人都係6月grad.
同埋係唔係如果返來再返工就唔再consider as fresh grad.?

Any time! All CPA firms are short of qualified staff these days. ;P:P:soldier::reading:

其實好似我咁岩岩畢業想入行...條路應該點走..因為真係有d confusing
我唔介意辛苦人工少..最緊要係學到野
有冇高人可以指點一下?

Let me share with you my experience as an ex-Peat.  Admittedly, it was some 20 years ago, so the same logic might not apply.

I spent almost seven years there and I never regretted that I spent that "much" time there.  My observation in our days was that if you spent long enough time there and were at a more senior position, the chance of getting pouched for a senior job would be much higher.  Those people who left as an Assistant Manager (in those days, this was as senior as you could get as a non-expat) are all in very prominent positions today.  I have seen many not-that-successful colleagues - those who left pre-maturedly.

So what is the good time to switch to private? Like how many years?
