     Sapphire X1650XT白金版採用藍色PCB，基於公版設計，保證了ATI原廠顯示卡優良的做工。和之前的X1600/X1650 Pro不同，Sapphire X1650XT白金版基於TSMC最新的80nm工藝的RV560核心，在規格上也較之前的X16XX系列有了很大的提升。顯示卡擁有24個像素著色單元和8個頂點，顯示卡支援DirectX 9.0c和SM3.0標準，另外，X1650XT支援ATI新一代的原生交火模式。
