材料:
蝦醬
雞
蒜頭
做法:
先把蝦醬淋在雞上
用糖調味,再加盬、蒜頭拌勻
再沾些生粉和加水,並醃起碼兩、三個小時
醃好後,放在鑊中炸
待熟透後上碟
