周紀昌表示,去年該公司已獲得中國政府批准成為數家高等級可以進入鐵路行業的企業。自從去年公司進入鐵路行業後,在鐵路的巿場份額已達到90%,但目前具體的利潤率不能披露。
該公司目前的整體純利率只有2%,周紀昌表示,主要因為分包業務成本增加,導致利潤率下跌.今後公司將加強管理,控制分包成本,以及優化資源配置。

Overall margin is 2% only... :Q:'(:'( Why would anyone want to make an investment on such a business? Put it into your bank saving account and you get more, with much less risk.

中國交通建設（１８００）初步招股文件披露，該公司計劃於在上海Ａ股，２００８年前發行不多於３５億股Ａ股，惟現時未正式向中國證監遞交有關申請，故未有上市準確的上市時間表，Ａ股發行價會按上市時的市場情況而釐訂。
另外，市場消息透露，中東投資者對中交股份有極大興趣，沙地王子已入大飛認購中交，認購金額相等總發行規模的三成，但未知最終獲分配多少。
中交的初步招股文件已披露，該公司已獲三名策略投資者入股，包括中國人壽集團、新世界發展（００１７）主席鄭裕彤及新加坡政府已同意入股，三方將分別入股１﹒６２５億股。

Just noticed that raw material price index has been on a strong rise in mainland, and that will put a heavy pressure on the overall margin of 1800. So we will see. :L :slap: :slap::lol

Around 1.6M X 4.6 = $7.4M
If using too little margin or by cash, it is a waste of chance.
Next round will be 株洲南車, but margin size is only around $3.5M.
Many brokers were not offering margin or offering with limited
margin for this share, so I expect the over-subscription won't be
much and I should be able to get many.
