This is becasue his son has mental illness and is about 40 years old, difficult to get married with HK woman. This Mainland c9 told me that after she married his son, she stopped letting the old man eat her.
She let me eat her FOC because her husband cannot 'feed' her enough.

Yes, you are right. She will get HKID Card in about eighteen months.
She has one daughter 22 years old. She first married in the Mainland when she was 16 years old. So she is now 38 years old. She has promised her daughter to bring her to earn money in HK like what she did before. We discussed and she has agreed to let me play 3P with her and her daughter.
