Anyone knows how to make baked oysters with creamy spinach sauce?

Where to buy fresh bone marrow for cooking?

I am looking to buy some fresh bone marrow for cooking, does anyone know where I can buy some?

Okay, I don't know how's the real recipe like, but this is the way how I would go about it ;P
1. make a cream based sauce - make a roux (french term for butter and flour mix), heat it in a pan gently, brown it a bit and add in dry white wine, chicken stock and cream, stir it frequently until thickens, season with salt and pepper. Add in spinach until it's cooked.
2. open up the oysters and set aside
3. pour the spinach cream mixture on top of the oysters, grind some cheese on top (I would use Parmesan cheese) ;P
4. bake at oven until golden brown on top :loveeyes: :loveeyes:
