i tried a few times before but the staff were only warm to old or frequent customers and behave very cool to new faces like me, and the BGs always asked for 1:1 tips before you left, so wont go again!

呢檔野的數目不清不楚已是慣例。特別是兩三伙人一齊出黎埋單比錢時，真係要小心！小心！再小心。
無端端要加 locker費、水池費，有次我就話 locker我已經入了錢落個錢箱，收錢條八婆話仲有水池，我話我都無用池，比乜？使唔使我比張一千蚊你唔使找？

有次見到一個哥哥仔人客，比廿雞紙其中一個職員，問有無好號碼，條友錢就袋左，跟住話，號碼我都唔清楚，你要入到去（休息室）先至知。

Sometime I just don't understand why people keep complain Windsor's service. I think all places in HK are providing this kind of service anyway. This means Windsors's service is up to HK SN standard! If any bro not agree, pls give me some SN which provide good customer service and the locker boys don't "R" tips!

Both SN are pretty new and that's why they provide better service there! For those opened more 3 yrs or more, I don't think it easy to find same service standard as 龍泉匯 or 朗豪 :nono::nono:

無人話溫莎 R貼士，而係「屈」埋落張單度，喂，我係咪有權唔俾先？就算我用了 locker同水池的「服務」，也無話必須比 tips，
何況就咁計落張單？你飲完茶是否睇單至找數？
還有，邊個話水池、locker要分開比？使唔使入廚房一廚、二廚排住派？
