I already give up and paid them $20 no matter what. At least feel better as I give them $20 instead of they add it themselves. The only way to avoid this is to blacklist this sauna la.

The management dcoes not understand the implication to let their staff charging tips without customer consent. In this case for Windsor, the company lose $600+ (2 hour massage) or $800+ (3 hour massage) due to the $20 tips for pool or locker boys - don't worth considering the $100 tips per hour for BG. STUPID!!!!

Yes, I seldom visit sauna except with one friend that he prefers the location of Windsor (close to MTR). For me, our usual sauna (Oxx) provides much better experience, choice of food and personal TV and comfortable armchair, beautiful but cool PR is my no. 1 choice. Of course, VAS is another incentive. Hehe hehe

One more. I do not the BG of Windsor lost job due to Windsor close down. I think one day BAN to Windsor should alert their management on locker and sauna guys R tips (actually add tips withour customer consent) is VERY BAD!!!

It won't work as the reception expects tips anyway no matter what it is from you or the locker boys. Anyway, it is their act of auto-billing and this SHOULD NOT happen from the beginni. No matter what tactics you are using to get it back, it is unnecessary work and buden/pressure to customers..... And I DON'T treat this funny. It is effectively the same as they STEAL $$$ from your pocket directly.

Your act is more like you have to steal the tips back from them. Not a good strategy. My strategy is to ban those sauna that allows this happening and they lose $1000s while the lock boy gets HK$20. Sorry for the management and owner of sauna.

Surely it is much better than a 40+ BG in Windsor, particularly you have
to pay a generous tips for a plane job by a middle-aged C9:D:lol
