107km/h is the final when they issue the ticket to you (because usually they will reduce 3km/h)? But very likely it is 5 points (over 15km/h):(

I have similar experience: I have been caught with my mobile phone on my hand (talking) when I near the Airport. I believe I am dead and I prepared to take out my licence to him. But I kept saying "Sorry Sir, I have been chased to pick up the customer". Finally, he lat me go without any ticket;P;P;P
