貿易最基本是供求，用自己有餘的去換取所缺。每人都有需求，好像豪宅名車都想要，想要的人是否有支付能力，有能力支付的是 (有效需求)。因此某些貨物對供求影響不太大。
閣下提及燒味本地普羅大會喜歡。卄多年前有家燒味店，經營出品都不錯，後期擴展為多間快餐店直至現在。
