日前財政預算案公佈，民間怨聲載道。政府不濟，猶幸市民越發清醒，在注資強積金一事上特別明顯。回想財政司司長曾俊華初次推出注資強積金方案時，雖有不滿之聲，但不少人仍慶幸自己「受惠」。到了今天，網上討論區不少人已直指注資強積金猶如送錢予「基金佬」，有些網民甚至提出倒不如將這筆錢幫助有需要的人。這幾年來，我們已逐漸看清楚強積金的本質，市民思考公共資源分配，已非只以個人利益為念。
豈料民主黨議員兼教協副會長張文光，以注資強積金未有惠及為由，呼籲十八萬名公務員及教師上街，促請政府注資強積金涵蓋長俸公務員和公積金教師！筆者見識淺薄，不知道已有長俸和公積金保障的公務員及教師，是否真的需要六千元留待日後退休生活。然而，此舉宛如認同政府注資強積金有益民生，只是所惠未遍，適宜修正──現在幾乎是全民聲討注資強積金無用，對政府來說，民主黨和教協簡直是小罵大幫忙。
何況，面對成效存疑的注資強積金方案，教協不思如何幫助最有需要的市民，反急急為於其利益集團爭取分一杯羮，此舉又是否陷十八萬名公務員及教師於不義？最後，實行全民退休保障計劃只需五百億的種子基金，不過是注資強積金二百四十億的兩倍。既然如此，何不向政府倡議將注資強積金的二百四十億，撥作全民退休保障種子基金？
